The warning message 'The publisher could not be verified. The error message 'This application has failed to start because sfl.dll was not found' is shown and I cannot run SAI. The error message 'The item 'sai.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.' is shown and I cannot run SAI. The SAI application sometimes disappear from my machine automatically. Suddenly the tool panels like brush disappears. I already registered SAI, but suddenly trial message has been displayed again. The SAI application suddenly become missing and I cannot run it. The error message 'SAI can not complete setup process because current user dose not have administrator right.' was shown and I cannot use SAI. I lost my software license number and my certificate download password. My software license certificate does not work I can not save my software license certificate as a file I can not open my software license certificate
